Processing
Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Seasonal demand can extend processing time.
Rates and delivery estimates
Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after dispatch. Available shipping methods and prices appear at checkout based on the delivery address. Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed carrier deadlines.
Tracking
When available, tracking is emailed after shipment. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to begin updating after carrier acceptance.
Address changes
Check your address before checkout. Email wepent.official@gmail.com immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins, and reshipping fees may apply to packages returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address.
Delays, loss, or damage
Weather, customs, seasonal volume, and carrier disruptions can cause delays outside our control. Contact us with your order number if tracking stops updating for an extended period or if the package arrives damaged.
International orders
Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local fees unless checkout states otherwise. Customs processing can extend delivery time.
